New interface of the website is made in a very user-friendly way, navigation is easy and information is comprehensive.

So far they have all 4 hosting types that are in constant demand, namely Virtual, Reseller, VPS and Cheap Dedicated Server hosting. Another impressive offer Velcom currently has is Stock servers. These servers are the ones that have already been assembled and cannot be customized. However these stock servers are extremely cheap ($49 for a dedicated server) and are ready to go almost instantly.
Hosting accounts can be driven either by cPanel or DirectAdmin at your option. For best experience Velcom registers a free domain for you on virtual and cheap reseller hosting plans which stays free as long as you host with them. They also provide a free SSL Certificate on one of their Virtual hosting plans which is comfortable for e-commerce oriented projects. On VPS plans Velcom provides several free dedicated IPs with minimum being one IP on the cheapest plan.
Two remarkable innovations are Script Autoinstaller “Installatron” and easy to use Sitebuilder. Both features come for free and are great gadgets for building websites and adding new software to your hosting account. For a little additional cost resellers can get powerful Client Management System “WHMCS”.

On the whole Velcom is a host definitely worth considering when looking for far more than average set of features for less than average price. Not so many companies can provide phone support that actually picks up the phone, but Velcom is definitely one that can and it speaks for itself. While providing high level of support Velcom also provides numerous easy to use tools that may even lead to absence of need to contact the support at all.
