Older users know our past issue with the server data lost.

We have contacted some specialists in the domain but as we feared recovering data from damaged hard drives is very, and i mean very expensive.

Since I’m not an “older user,” could you expound on this issue? I can understand a catastrophe once, but twice – shame on you . . . I’ve already paid for a membership, and I want to help in a way that preserves that membership, not just to get you over this hump.

hi! this has not happened twice, only once and then we lost everything.
The server where we hosted Garcya.us in the past crashed and the hard drives were damaged.
We had to start over, only having a mysql backup and not a file backup.
That’s why we need to recover those files from the damaged hard drives.

And don’t worry about your membership, it will last you forever. This “step” isn’t mandatory for you or anybody else, it’s just a help we need from people who can offer it.
