    I bought these DVDs. He has good information, but is the model of photoshop inefficiency. I surely hope he isn’t being paid by the hour for his commercial work, for his clients’ sake.

    I saw just one tutorial from the first DVD and also edited a photo, using that tutorial, and I found it very interesting, explicative, and useful !
    This is the result of my image, edited with photoshop.

    He doesn’t know shortcuts; he uses tools that are inefficient for what he is doing, rather than a tool specific for the process; he does some steps that are completely unnecessary to what he is doing (and in fact, the next step undoes what he just did)… he’s just inefficient.

    Like I said, it’s good info… he just has bad technique. And he should have scripted it before recording it.

    At the level of he’s experience I don’t know if he doesn’t know shortcuts! I’m guessing that he isn’t using it because not everybody was born a master on photoshop.
    In plus, he’s methods are maybe inefficient for advance users of photoshop, but for the ones just starting to use the program I think he knows how to explain them “step by step”. In fact, this is a tutorial, and the person who makes it has to be as clear as water! And has to tell all the steps that are needed to accomplish the final image.
    This is my personal opinion !
