You can wait 60 seconds..and if you're so busy you can't then you should be able to afford the $19.99! Actually my issue was that I want to render the vector flags to 20 pixels width to display on one of my client's sites. This is my solution since I could not find any raster graphics with exactly 20 pixels width and size change reduce quality noticeably on any tool like photoshop.

This is why I would like to know how to open the EPS files–that is with which tool.

I could not open with Adobe Acrobat 9, PhotoShop CS 2, or MS Word 2007.
