Well terri you may have a problem with them if you are outside Romania…
But they offer also a mirror link for the download see “Download (filebox.ro) and Download (Mirror)…
Try using that, and if you have problems like: the page is timing out, please try again later…
I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause…

I appreciate your response, but the mirror site does not work either. The
strange thing is that I used to be able to download and suddenley it stopped
working at all.
